The Multi-Dimensional Human: Understanding the Bodies Within You

In this session, participants will explore the concept of the multi-dimensional human and learn how the 7 bodies—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic, ego, and inner child—work together to shape their daily experience. Through a blend of intuitive teaching and grounded awareness, this talk helps individuals understand why they may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected despite doing personal growth or healing work.

Participants will gain insight into how different layers of the self process thoughts, emotions, and energy, and how misalignment within these bodies can create confusion or imbalance.
